The best way to care for your felt Bows headbands it to hang it in between uses. Some customers have used a flat iron to smooth, but I recommend doing that at your own discretion. I don't recommend to wash felt bows, fabric bow can be washed.
VANAGUELITE items may contain small parts, including snaps, elastic, nylon, and alligator clips. Our items should never be used or worn while a child is unattended or without the supervision of an adult. Bows, bow ties, and bibs should always be removed when the child is sleeping or in their car seat.

If your package has been lost please contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate your package. We try to help everyone but sometimes, the shipping service is in charge. We use USPS in most of our shippings.
I strongly recommend to use Priority Mail during the Holiday season.
USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
If you like a prepaid shipping label for download and print yourself (recomended), shipping expenses will be applied. From $3.99 depending on the size of the shipping box. You can also pay for the shipping at your local post office.
Shipping already paid and used with the USPS can't be refunded.
Once the item is returned, unused and unopened, we will place a refund for the value of the item and taxes. If you used our Free shipping service a flat rate of $4.99 will be discounted from the refund.
