What if my package is lost?
If your package has been lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate your package. We try to help everyone, but sometimes, the shipping service is in charge. We use USPS for most of our shipments.

I ordered 2 letters for my husband and I 4 years ago to go on our stockings. We were fortunate enough to adopt our son this November, and I reached out and asked for a letter for his stocking in the same design even though it was no longer listed on the site and she made it for us! They look so great!
