If your package has been lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate your package. We try to help everyone, but sometimes, the shipping service is in charge. We use USPS for most of our shipments.

I had seen another option, and when I went to add to cart, the shipping was more than the actual bow. I removed it from my cart and found this option. It is beautiful, well made, and fairly priced, shipping too. So glad I purchased it, will definitely be a returning customer.
