SIZE & MATERIALS
Height is measured from the letter's highest to lowest point. Width varies by letter and font: an I will be narrower than an M or W. Handmade construction and individual stuffing mean measurements may vary slightly.
Materials: velvet upholstery or decorative fabric, polyester fiber filling, coordinating thread, and metal hanging D-rings.
COLOR & FABRIC
Velvet can appear lighter or darker with the direction of the fabric pile. Lighting and screen settings can also affect color. If you are matching an existing room, send a photo or color inspiration before ordering. Fabric samples may be available upon request.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Each letter is handmade to order by one maker. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. Review the estimated delivery window displayed on this listing before ordering. Message me before purchase if you have a specific deadline; carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Your letter will be carefully packaged, and tracking will be provided when it ships. If it arrives slightly compressed, gently reshape it by hand and allow the filling to settle.
DISPLAY & SAFETY
This is a decorative wall hanging, not a sleeping pillow or toy. Adult installation and supervision are required. Wall screws, hooks, and anchors are not included; use hardware appropriate for your wall material and the finished weight of the letter.
Install securely and keep out of children's reach. Do not place inside a crib or install directly above a crib, bed, changing table, or sleeping area. Nursery photos are styled displays showing scale and decorative possibilities.
CARE
Spot clean with a clean, slightly damp cloth. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron velvet directly. Keep away from moisture, heat, and open flames.
CUSTOM-ORDER POLICY
Personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, the order cannot be canceled. Please double-check your letter, color, font, size, and shipping address before checkout. If your package has been lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate your package. We try to help everyone, but sometimes, the shipping service is in charge. We use USPS for most of our shipments.
