Please note: Because every piece is handmade, slight differences in stitching, shape, stuffing, and print placement are expected and are part of what makes each number unique.

If your package has been lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate your package. We try to help everyone, but sometimes, the shipping service is in charge. We use USPS for most of our shipments.
