This personalized velvet name pillow is handmade to order and designed to bring softness, personality, and color to any space—from nurseries and playrooms to bedrooms, reading corners, dorm rooms, offices, studios, and living areas.
Each piece is individually cut, sewn, stuffed, and finished by hand in my Florida studio. Choose your preferred velvet color and select either the classic pillow style or the wall-hanging option with D-rings on the back.
Every name pillow is handmade one at a time, so holiday production spaces are limited. Please order early and review Etsy’s estimated arrival dates before purchasing. If you need your order by a specific date, message me before placing your order.
HOW TO ORDER
Select the number of letters in your name or word.
Choose Pillow Style or Wall Hanging.
Enter the exact name or word and your fabric color in the personalization box.
Double-check the spelling and capitalization before submitting your order.
Example: Name: Van, color: Navy
Only the first letter will be uppercase. If you would like all capital letters, please use my separate all-uppercase listing or contact me before ordering.
• Pillow Style: A soft decorative statement piece for styling a bed, chair, bench, shelf, sofa, reading corner, or photo display.
• Optional, Wall Hanging: Includes D-rings on the back, allowing the name to be displayed as dimensional textile wall art. Wall-mounting hardware is not included.
APPROXIMATE SIZE
• Capital and tall letters: 9–10 inches high
• Lowercase letters: 6–8 inches high
• Each letter: approximately 6–8 inches wide
• Thickness: approximately 3 inches
• Total width depends on the name and combination of letters
• For reference, the name “Van” measures approximately 23 inches wide.
Because every name contains a different combination of letters, the final dimensions may vary slightly. If you are decorating a specific space, please message me before ordering so I can help you estimate the finished size.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for your personalized piece to be created before shipment.
If you need your order for a birthday, baby shower, Christmas, or another special occasion, please contact me before ordering. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Machine washing may affect the pillow’s shape, stitching, or velvet finish and is not guaranteed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This is a decorative item. It is not intended for infant sleep, crib use, or unsupervised play. Please keep pillows away from babies and young children during sleep.
Velvet can appear lighter or darker depending on the direction of the fabric, lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Small variations in shape, measurements, stitching, and color are natural characteristics of a handmade product.

What if my package is lost?
If your package has been lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate your package. We try to help everyone, but sometimes, the shipping service is in charge. We use USPS for most of our shipments.
