HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose the total number of letters in the name or word.
2. Enter the name exactly as you would like it spelled.
3. Select your bow option and color, if desired.
4. Complete your purchase.
5. I will send you my mailing address through Etsy Messages.
6. Mail your clean baby clothes to me.
7. I will confirm when your package arrives.
8. Your finished keepsake banner will be handmade and shipped back to you.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
The purchase price does not include the cost of mailing your baby clothes to me. Customers are responsible for shipping their clothing to my Florida studio.
Please use a mailing service with tracking and keep your receipt until I confirm that the package has arrived.

Please enter the name or word exactly as you would like it made, including capitalization.
If ordering two or more names, tell me whether you prefer:
• One continuous line
• Two separate lines
You may also request that a favorite outfit or fabric be used for a particular letter. I will do my best to honor placement requests whenever the available fabric allows.
SENDING YOUR CLOTHING
Please send freshly washed and completely dry garments.
Before mailing irreplaceable clothing, please remember that the garments will be cut during construction and cannot be restored to their original condition.
The amount of usable fabric needed depends on the number of letters, garment size, fabric design, seams, and any special placement requests. If you are unsure whether you have enough clothing, message me before ordering and send a photo of the items.

What if my package is lost?
If your package has been lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate your package. We try to help everyone, but sometimes, the shipping service is in charge. We use USPS for most of our shipments.
