What if my package is lost?
If your package has been lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate your package. We try to help everyone, but sometimes, the shipping service is in charge. We use USPS for most of our shipments.

Best customer service! She makes the best bows and is so quick to get them made and shipped out. This was a custom order where she made a bow for us in memory of a loved one out of their shirt. It is so special to us and we love how it turned out.
